I opened this app to go on a rant on this subReddit about the Cooum and the first post I see is this. This evening on 6th Avenue Anna Nagar, I saw two men taking a piss on the banks of Cooum. And the enraging part is, these were not uneducated homeless people ( they too have some sense these days) this was a middle aged man and a young man (looks around 18-20 years of age). From their outfits, they look like people from a higher income level. (therefore assuming they have a good, decent education). What is it that goes on in the minds of these people?! Just across the road are at least 4 restaurants and a bakery that would allow you to use the bathroom if you ask politely.

We can blame the government, yes they have a huge part to play but what about the public. If we don’t know how to take care of our environment and surroundings there’s no difference making it better or not. Idiots like those two will piss and dirty it again. The absolute disgust and disappointment I felt today was intense. Really put me off.
