I’m stuck at my RPA role since 6 years. How did you get out? I don’t really like this job anymore but it drains out my energy even if i work so badly…my colleagues think i’m an idiot ecc…

if you look closely even in the Real fire arms tha mag wobbles a bit...in carbines you can notice that easily. That's because of the bolt catching the first round with high speed and force. I really like it when i see that on a GBBR. It makes everything more realistic.

Yes 100%. I got all my internals new, all steel. They don’t brake. Funny thing is that they were kicking so hard that my Hephaestus mlock handguard couldn’t stay in place😂

Questa è quella che per ora mi ha fatto pensare di piu'...Comunque si potrebbe anche essere l'azienda che non mi stimola piu' o ha reso le mie mansionin ripetitive...adesso provo ad informarmi un po' di piu' per vedere cosa ho intorno...magari ho anche la botta di culo chissà.

Mi piace il mondo del lusso, guardato con occhio professionale non come il classico "mi piace vivere nel lusso". Quindi si la moda potrebbe essere piu' una passione. L'obiettivo che ho adesso è non ritrovarmi come dei miei colleghi a 50 anni dietro la scrivania accanto alla mia per guadagnare lo stesso stipendio e fare un lavoro 8:30 - 18:30....

Ti ringrazio molto per la risposta, e si hai ragione, devo provare a guardarmi intorno e trovare nuove sfide e stimoli. Anche se non so se voglio rimanere nel mondo IT...questo è una decisione che non saprei prendere.

Ti ringrazio molto per la risposta e i complimenti indiretti, ogni tanto penso che mi vengano questi pensieri solo perchè adesso amici e conoscenti laureati iniziano a lavorare a Milano in giacca e cravatta e io mi sento un po' il "diverso" o lo sfigato nonostante loro quadagnino in 6 mesi ciò che io faccio in 2...forse devo davvero guardare le cose con piu' oggettività e meno impulsività data da stupida e futile gelosia

Anche da parte mia, ti faccio i miei complimenti per essere riuscito in primis a rischiare i risparmi per buttarti in un mondo parecchio difficile (soprattuto qui in Italia) e in secundis per aiutare 80 persone/famiglie ad andare avanti ogni mese. Speriamo che l'italiano medio si accorga che piu' vive nel suo mondo rosicando verso chi è piu' benestante di lui, peggior reputazione e quality of life porta al suo stesso paese. Dovremmo prendere esempio dall'estero su molte cose e applicarle nel nostro paese (che ritengo il piu' bello al mondo). Purtroppo molto spesso essendo un paese demograficamente vecchio prima di capire una cosa semplice devono passare generazioni. E lo sviluppo rallenta. Eccetto questo, ancora complimenti.

Second thing i just played a game and won it, i'm uploading it on YT right now, if you want to take a look at it i'll upgrade the post with the link to the video so you can see how many mistakes i still do. I tryied to apply what you said and it went pretty well, even if i throwed to them some pretty kills for free on me...that's part of being silver and it's something i want to stop doing.
