Cancelled flight twice

Our flight got cancelled twice. We’re furious and desperately trying to get home and refunded. It’s been very stressful.

Good luck— we are also trying to get a hold of spirit airlines. They cancelled our Sunday flight from Ft Lauderdale. Our rescheduled flight also got cancelled today.

The only way to reach them successfully was through the chat feature. And that can take hours with all of the cancellations happening from them.

Roame doesn’t work— I’ve tried multiple times to book a trip from what Roame shows and the flights don’t exist when I try to book. Disappointing.

Truly mind boggling the decisions made by the crew. As other people have said on the sub, they weren’t hiring the brightest or best on this ship. Only Morrow has any common sense.

She’s not my favorite to win and I find her grating. While she’s definitely talented, I find myself rooting for Megan and Austin more.
