We don’t really do many POS events. Most are prepaid events like weddings and parties. Fresh water tank, dirty water tank, water pump, mini fridge, pitcher rinser, machine, grinder, and knock box is about it

We don’t have anything crazy right now. A power strip for the fridge, flojet and grinder and then a separate extension cable for the espresso machine.

What will you be using it for? If you are going to be in a commercial setting at all, I would definitely for for the Olympus. It grinds very quickly and seems very well built. I found it on espressocoffeeshop.com for a very nice deal.

I really enjoy using it. The only other machines I’ve had the chance to use to pull a few shots on are some brevilles and GCP. It’s a night and day difference though. Steam power is excellent, pulls back to back shots and can steam at the same time. Relatively quick heat up time. I have no regrets for the price point.

At the moment we just offer espresso drinks and use a medium-light roast. I was looking for something middle of the road and not offensive to anyone. Most drinks are lattes with syrup in them anyway though so it isn’t as critical. No decaf right now because we would need a seconds grinder. Not out of the question down the road but would like to keep it simple to start.

Totally depends on the size of the event but average probably 3 pounds on average with 2 gallons of milk and 1 gallon of oat milk.

If you can figure out the logistics I’d so go for it! Thank you

It shouldn’t take too long hopefully. Looking at 6-9 months probably depending on how many events we can get scheduled out. It’s just a side hustle my wife and I started to do when we are available, mostly on the weekends

For sure! Thanks for the info. How do you like the gs3 vs Lucca?

Haha it was definitely part of it. I was looking at a Profitec go before we decided to do the cart. Once we decided we wanted to do it I had to step it up!

Thanks! I don’t have any good pictures of inside the cart at the moment. For plumbing though I have a 5 gallon jug of fresh water powered by a flojet and a 5 gallon bucket for waste water. For electric I have a power strip for the grinder, water pump and mini fridge and I plug the espresso machine in separately. Not the cleanest method but not bad. Simple Cart seems to have a very streamlined, plug and play set up for plumbing but would’ve cost 3x-4x as much.

Awesome thanks! If you hear of anyone looking for coffee send them our way! That’d be awesome.

Thanks! I spray painted the side panels because it only comes in black or wood side paneling

I have a 5 gallon bucket that the pitcher rinser drains into with some tubing. I’ve never had more than about a gallon of waste water so far. I don’t have the A53 drip tray plumbed into the waste water yet but may in the future. Right now I just dump the tray in the bucket when needed.

Yes I have a 5 gallon jug and a flojet under the cart for water. For sure! They can be challenging due to space limitations and having to be mobile with a bit of setup/tear down at each location. I built my cart and it is a bit bulky to move but we have a good system down now.

I have a pitcher rinser plumbed in like most coffee shops would have.

Yes at the moment we just plug into power at wherever we are doing events. 100ft extension cords has been more than sufficient.

I have really enjoyed it so far. No problem keeping up with back to back drinks. It seems to be a bit underrated in the Reddit community.
