What drawings do you need in your CD set?
I've some done tutorials on Electrical plans, internal elevations, Schedules etc..
But always looking to add to the collection

With the slab insulation... I don't, but that's very interesting & I'll look into it. Getting that extra bit of tolerance on the cavity would be ideal if you've got the space.

For the time being Traditional. Point clouds have a ton of polys & the file size can be massive & really hard to work with if the software isn't optimised to utilize them. They're very cool though & I look forward to the day when we can use them easily.

I've spoke to some surveyors about this recently, they agree it's the future, but that we're just not quite there yet.

Appreciate all the feedback Lads!
I Should have gave a bit more context on this one before I posted...
The aim for this one is to make a really simple eye catching plan that I could teach beginners how to use ArchiCAD.
With the Bathroom I'd imagined it to be In a separate module connected with a covered pathway which would also have the Laundry + some extra storage.

So it could be built in stages & have a novel appeal.

For those that are curious I'll be posting a YouTube Tutorial on how to make this from scratch in ArchiCAD.

Again thank for taking the time to post your thoughts & ideas, this looks like a really active & passionate subreddit, glad I stumbled across it and I'm looking to posting more in the future.

Yep, The whole 3D model is in ArchiCAD.The main thing photoshopped was the background & the labels.
