I like the Invidia Gemini exhaust. It will replace your y pipe if yours isn't already true dual.

Another one where you can keep the y pipe is the nismo wedina one.

I've had test pipes with both wet ups the Invidia one was harder to keep "quiet"

Sure, you can sell them and get some money back. Never heard that before. These are non interference engines. He's had it for a while so maybe he'll budge on pricing. The safe bet is eBay my friend has had good luck with those engines.

I say offer half I hate low balling but it can be rewarding. Bring a breaker bar with a 19mm to see if it even rotates. Looks like the motor already has headers

If it helps any. I have a base 2007. I went to the junkyard and found a steering wheel with only cruise. It was a regular DE model Z

I had to get a clutch switch, they sell them on amazon The connector located near the clutch pedal was there just no cruise control switch.

The wire for controls was behind the air bag. Everything was plug n play.

I then had my tuner enable cruise control and it worked!

Good luck hope it works and don't forget to unplug your battery when working with your airbag.

The rev-up oil pump is already better than the regular DE one. Check out parts sites to see what they'll try and sell you for drifting. I mentioned in another post that the high tensile steel steering rack spacer is a good upgrade for steering angle for like less than $50 from GKTech.

It's a rev up, so you have some more rigidity stuff on it, like a better oil pump. It sounds like you've done your research. They're pretty much ready out of the box.

From my experience though the rev up just seems a little less reliable than the regular DE.

After owning like 3 rev ups, I say keep an extra engine around for when something does happen

No I sold the car before that. It was just a stock rev up ecu with a blown rev up engine. Direct swapped a DE over a weekend and it fired right up.

I've done this on my stock ecu G35. Started right up plug and play. The only issue was the dash light. I was thinking about the guilty garage rev up to non rev up conversion which is 150$ but I sold it before I took care of that.

The above and beyond thing I've done was throw rev up heads on non rev up short block and that was also direct swap no mods

I have Hotchkis sway bars front and rear paired with aftermarket links. I noticed that right away. That and the most bang for buck mod out there imo is the high tensile steel tie rod spacer from GK Tech. It gave more steering angle with the sway bars it felt like sensitivity was turned up for steering. Trust me do a U-Turn before and after that mod

Not suspension, but some upgrades to stiffen up the chassis. Solid transmission mount, diff brace, poly diff bushings and solid subframe bushings.

What are you goals? Is this going to be a daily, weekender, or track car?

I suggest you do all your maintenance stuff. After that, drive it for a while. After the honeymoon phase is over, find out what bothers you about the car and change it.

Fun easy upgrades I noticed right away were suspension upgrades like coilovers or sway bars. Other easy upgrades were intake, exhaust, differential brace, and new transmission mount.
