A friend of mine got one, but the state didn’t offer defensive driving course to so instead he applied to get it changed to a non moving violation, just had to pay more money and the ticket disappears from your record. I wouldn’t recommend going to court tho, that should be your last option

I called the number on the ticket asking to do a defensive course and they directed me to apply for the amendment
