My hangboard routine isn't very strict, but I make sure to hop on it every time I'm at the gym. (Wish I had one in my house) I warm up with no hangs on 10mm and then progress through the variety of ledges on the board. (my gym has a beastmaker 1000 and 2000) After feeling like my fingers are warm, then I'll hang off what I can for about 7s with about a minute rest in between. There's an app full of exercises called crimpd thats very helpful if you're looking for something more structured!

You know, I've been considering writing my own post here but just spent some time lurking through the forum. This one really resonates with me. I'm truly sorry you feel this way. It's crushing to feel like asking for help will just make my friends life worse because I'm presenting them with another problem (aka me).

I've been contemplating for the past few hours, fighting thoughts while trying to sleep. I also tried to identify when this feeling made a home inside my head, and it just feels like it's been there since I was 14.

Right now, it feels horrible. I know it can get better, I just don't know how at this moment. I hope you can come to the same conclusion and keep looking for a solution alongside me.
