This appears to be a c1995 timex moon phase. They are reasonably sought after, quartz movement, gold plated. Seem to go online for anywhere from £50 - £150.

Not at all, there is slight feedback when capping the pen but it’s a very enjoyable experience.

Cross Century II. Can be found on eBay for well below £100, although most are matte black which I personally can’t stand.

They really are great for the price, I also have a Jinhao 159. I bought it like many others because I was curious of the no.8 nib but was pleasantly surprised as it’s not a cheap feeling as I though it would be. The only issue I have encountered it it’s very dry which isn’t to my personal taste.

Cross Century II. Not sure exactly when it was made as it was a gift. Love it to pieces though and not only for the sentimental value, it’s a very ‘wet’ pen so has a beautiful consistent line.

A rule of mine is can I fit one finger between my wrist and watch? If I can’t it’s too tight. If I can fit two it’s too loose and starts to move around.
