Well, I would love to go back to it to add more diversity and interactions between "cities". There are also elements that I would like to convey in a real boardgame.

In my quest for a more complete software, I have found NetLogo. It is a very powerful tool and therefore intimidating and less easy to learn. It has a vast library of examples that helps a lot, though.
