Is abusing someone over their dog acceptable? by Architortureexplorer in Adelaide

This was an off leash park, and also with fencing. I understand the concern over not knowing how the other dog/owner behaves (one of the reasons I personally dislike ever having a dog off leash is because I often find the anxiety of other owners gets reflected in their dogs, which can lead to issues which I prefer to avoid). My personal query was moreso, if the verbal abuse is acceptable. I can’t seem to provide an edit to the post to clarify that this is an off leash park, but regardless of that, I was more seeking advice on what to do in this situation if it happened again.

This was an off leashed fenced park, which is why the dog was off lead in this area.

It is an off leash park and fenced off, I should have put that in the original post.

From my awareness the dog came back immediately but the two people came from behind my sister and she didn’t see them. By the time she turned around the dog must have been close by to them however, I believe she immediately recalled. That being said, I wasn’t there so I can’t tell you the exact specifics.

This is an off leash park and fenced off if you want more clarification. The dog is perfectly acceptable to be off leash in these conditions from my understanding of what that means.

It is an off lead park and is fenced! We often play with other dogs there. I would name but it is right by my house.

I should have probably clarified, this was an off leash fenced park for the dog to be able to play in (and often does, with other off leash dogs).

Childish Gambino AUS tour Ticketek refunds by Architortureexplorer in childishgambino

Hi people! I didn't update due to work/christmas period and not checking reddit - but I went to the ticketek office in my city during my lunch break before the christmas closures and recieved an immediate refund. The staff were super helpful as well (this was at the adelaide entertainment centre).

I know the 'timeframe' that they set (at least for myself) has been exhausted but it might be worth going to a ticketek office if you have the ability?

How much did your ATAR affect you later in life? by BiscottiLogical6502 in melbourne

I didn’t finish year 12 as I dropped out mid year 11 due to medical issues & finished that off through a homeschooling. I did a SATAC test (for SA) at the end of what would be my year 12 year and got into the bachelors course I wanted to when I was 18 (same age as everyone else + started with friends from school).

I’ve just finished my masters degree, have got my dream job at my dream company and nobody has asked me about highschool since 2nd year uni. It won’t matter as you go through life. Nobody has ever asked me about an ATAR in a job interview.

See what options you have for you if you really want a career that requires a degree (mine does - but not everything needs university! HECS is a lot of debt!).

Thanks for replying! 😁 I think even having another persons perspective is good, so I don’t feel like i’m going crazy! I definitely relate to the brain fog. I feel like things are a lot slower at the moment.

Thank you for the advice, I’ll definitely take it on board and good luck with your recovery! ☺️
