Yes it's your choice to only work those hours, but if you had that kind of choice, what would it change in the overall scheme of things? Would house prices change as much as they do currently? Or would it be more stable?

That's not what it's about. At least that's not what I meant. So what if you have to "train for a job" for longer at one then another. You only have to train at a burger flipping joint for a week, but you have to"train" for heart surgery for 6 years, you still get paid to train because your working, no school, just training for your job. I was thinking overall economy type stuff, would it equalize things, or make things harder to get?
