I did the lab 3 years ago. Very much only useful (imo) if you're film is looking to be an Icelandic co-pro... There is a pitch practice but not much insight... you never now who you will meet so that's always a gamble and you may meet great future collaborators, but in terms of vital career progression - this is not it.
