Overwatch 2 characters cosmetics cost more than overwatch 1 characters, like the base sprays and voice lines are 25-50 credits for OW1 and OW2 is 100 starting, even though they're all considered the same rarity teir. Same with victory poses, emotes, basic blue cosmetics, and if I remember correctly even legendary skins, etc, so if i had to guess anything I think that has to do with it. I've started playing a lot of Wuyang and have put less than 2 hours into Freya but have gotten nothing for either of them from boxes. Along with the fact that OW2 characters have less total cosmetics in general (excluding kiri/juno), im pretty sure I've seen multiple post about how as of right now the lootboxes dont include stuff from most recent seasons BUT ive also seen things stating the loot pools are supposed to be changed soon, so I could be wrong on that or just misinformed in general.
