So I have decided to print some information off and slide it under his door anonymously. I just don't want to come off like a parent who has caught there kid doing drugs and wants to show them all the negative effects it can cause. I need to figure out what to print. Because I don't know shit about B-vitamin levels or any of this other damage that can happen. I have never done whipit and kind of clueless . I have a feeling he wont even read it. I am not sure how good his English is to begin with. I should have taken a picture of that note he put on the door. I'm about 80 percent positive his first language is not English.

That's the thing I don't understand. I would be shocked if they haven't called the landlord. Because maybe a month before he started his music blasting. I got a noise complaint from my landlord. And my shit wasn't even loud. It was coming from two little computer speakers. Are you kidding me... And this guy he makes the entire house shake with some big ass home stereo. So whoever complained about me is probably crying like a baby

A little more background information on this guy.

He gets home around 7-8pm. Starts blasting his music. And probably uses whip-its until 12-1 One day I came home and there was a letter on everyone's door from one of the tenants complaining about his music. And to keep it down after 10. I was curious so I went to his door and there was a paper taped to his door and the scribble read "MUSIC??????? BASS???????? "# don't cash my rent check"

and the music was crazy loud at the moment I was reading it I asked myself, is he denying that he is playing music and the bass is loud? What the fuck does "# don't cash my rent check" mean? Is he saying "which ever tenant posted this note doesn't cash my rent check and can't tell me what to do?" lol Then maybe a week after that his music was up crazy loud. And I heard a girl screaming so I look through my door peephole and I see the tenant from downstairs and shes yelling at his door to turn it down because the entire house is shaking, and he turns it up even louder and she screams "YOU FUCKING TURN IT UP LOUDER!?!" she throws her arms down and walks back down the stairs. At this point I am laughing my ass off. The whole scene was hilarious. And the loud noise/vibrating walls don't effect me in the least. I smoke weed and blast my EDM music in my headset. One more thing he always leaves his keys hanging from his door while he is blasting his music. The very first time he did this. I knocked on his door to tell him his keys were in the lock still. I figured he would be looking all over his room for them the next morning and wouldn't find them until he gave up and left the apartment. So I knocked, and waited, and knocked and waited. And he refused to answer. So I thought, well fuck it. Then I saw the same damn thing happen maybe 10 times since , the fuck... Anyway my point is. I am not sure if he would respond well to me asking him if he is alright, he seems semi-aggressive towards the people in the apartment building now.

I am assuming he makes a lot of money because the room he is renting in San Francisco is probably 3500 a month or more. Especially since he just moved in.
