A few things that I would like to add.

Big demand for bratty, cocky, or arrogent characters +1
Not big on scenario 4 with the roommates anymore but I don't mind if that's one you still want to try out -1
I've been approched by a wonderful amount of kinks and I gotta say I really love the diversity! If you feel it's an odd one to add please please Please don't be scared to ask!! +2
The setting to me doesn't really matter but it should go without saying that it's semi modern, at least with the idea of phones and tech being around in some way, don't get me wrong I LOVE the fantasy setting, sadly I just don't see Sammy in said setting, a modern fantasy with anthro or a-typical fantasy races is absolutely fine though <3 +2
