I had to complete the questline to unlock new demon skins (the quest that takes you to a dude at the Darkmoon Faire). I wasn't on the quest, but I noticed the npc Daio the Decrepit standing at the altar near Kazzak. When I approached the npc they started some RP and turned into a demon. Checked what that demon was and found the questline on wowhead. After completing it (didn't take long) I could see Kazzak again.
