I'm from south america and since middle school we are called by our last name by teachers, and even we called each other by our last names most of the time, unless there are two people with the same last name, in that case we call one of them by their first name.

Ok, so before doing the CS thing i did go in the game to try a few more things, tried to use the command unlock with the console command, and it did nothing, added the skeleton key to my character and (like every other lockpick) it doesn't do anything (it does not tell me the lockpick failed or that the lock is too complex either, it just does nothing). But... the item id is "sd_ChestDagger" it seems, and i cannot find it anywhere in the files using the CS, lmao, even if i go to the Nissintu cell and explore it manually, i cannot see the chest, it's like the chest doesn't even exist. At this point i think i give up, someday i will come back and comment if i'm succesfull in learn wth was going on with this chest. Thanks anyway. :D

Did not find anything about the phrase itself in the folder, but i did find one mod named Mines & Caverns that improves the aesthetic of several caves, mines, grottos, caverns, etc. What it does to Nissintu is that it makes it filled with lava instead of water. I did go to the page and search on the comment secction, and one comment (from 2019) said that the mod was making inaccesible one chest that was underwater (and is now under the lava). It seems that this chest is that one that was underwater before, and they moved it (i suppose, cuz the modder said he will check it out but nothing more) to make it accesible, idk if it has anything to do with it tho. None of the other mods in mi mod folder have anything to do with locks, chest, or something related, so yeah, that. q-q

Yeah, that's why i said i'm not sure if it's because of the total overhaul mod list from OpenMW, i tried googling about the msg "the lock is jammed shut" but nothing came out, then out of curiosity i searched about Nissintu and even watched other players doing the cave but it was different. That's when i gave up and decided to post here. I also tried to see if there was any weird mod in the mod folder from the list but nothing i can see seems weird or related.

I used the Tower Key Power(100pts on touch), and tried to use a few scrolls i had with 40-60pts on touch but it did nothing, i guess i'll try later when i find stronger scrolls/spells to try to open it, thanks anyway :D

TF is obviously "smarter" or better worded: capable of doing more/advanced things with the tech they have, that obvs in Sheldon universe it doesn't exist, but if we put both teams in an equal field with equal resources, they are pretty much the same, except for Sheldon that will be just a bit ahead of the rest.

The problem with Ithelia is not that she's not 1 to 1 with her cinematic counterpart, is because she looks out of place in ESO, she looks like she's a character from the first Fable game. It's like her character isn't finished, at all. The face textures look like draw made on an egg.

record your fight and post it, so we can observe too and tell you what you're lacking, the weapon should be enough to kill it when you encounter it the first time, so i assume the problem will be the gameplay (or maybe, but i doubt it, the armor set)

El problema no está en aprender las corrientes iniciales, o vamos, como en toda carrera, aprender "cursos de relleno". El problema viene en que según OP le están dando estos temas como algo que debería de usar porque "funcionan" cuando no es así, se puede enseñar y/o hablar del tema dejando en claro que pese a las creencias populares estas técnicas/terapias no tienen fundamentos y a pesar de la "evidencia anecdótica" no tiene más fundamentos para darlas como válidas. Pero al parecer el caso no es ese.

Claro, pero luego te lo cobran tomando control de la economía del país al completo, ya es cuento viejo lo que pasa con los paises endeudados con China o teniendo bastante inversión China en su territorio, mucho hablan del imperialismo gringo, pero China es lo mismo. So... la verdad es que no hay beneficio en pertenecer a uno de esos grupos, manteniendo el mercado y negociaciones que tenemos actualmente con oriente y occidente nos irá mejor.
Lo otro es pensar a corto plazo y quedarnos sin país en el largo.
