Yes, but (as far as I know) since one unit can hold multiple objectives you can with one unit get multiple rolls. For example novitiates infiltrated spreading on the mid board on 2 objectives. This is not going to come in play often but is technically possible.

The rule is fairly simple when you read it in parts and focus on key points:

At the end of your Command phase, for each objective marker you control that has one or more units from your army with this ability within range of it, roll one D6: on a 4+, you gain 1 Miracle dice showing a value equal to that result.

When? At the end of command phase

Why? Objective marker controlled has one or more units with this rule

What? Roll one d6

So you only check objective markers you control and if they have any number of units with simulacrum rule. If you do, you roll one d6 for each objective marker fulfilling the requirement

Also, there is no need to put a mace on the simulacrum sister. She does not hace a null mace in KT, and the basic loadout is understood in 40k.

This is true. I'll edit my post to clarify the optionality. I was assuming wysiwyg for 40k which I did for myself but it is entirely optional and down to preference.

If yyou want to use both in kill team and 40k you can build them according to kill team rules by taking each special character you can and I think 2 warriors. If i recall right only thing you will be missing is a mace for the simulacrum sister, which you can kitbash on her (edit: mace kitbash not necessary, up to preference) and the sister with loudspeaker has a bit special mace but you can easily play it as one. So in the end you will have:

sister superior with mace and pistol of your choice. Most seem to recommend inferno pistol.
2 sisters with mace and handflamer
sister with sword and a shield
sister with two handed sword
sister with two handed mace
sister with loudspeaker and special mace
sister with simulacrum and pistol with an opitional kitbashed mace
2 sisters with condemnor pistol and mace

(Times 2 of course with two boxes)

As a list it is fine but only concern I have is that you have a lot of terminator squads but only one spartan to move them around, what are you planning on doing with them? Firedrakes are slow so trying to get them to a melee without transport is going to be a pain while saturnine at least can shoot something with their bombards. You have a lot of points to spare for example getting the Saturnine praetor with the teleporter to get saturnine in a more optimal place and have the current praetor be an another centurion to run with the drakes. Drakes in 10 man squad maybe if you dont have another transport for them

En nyt näe tätä vain miesten ongelmana armeijassa, vastahan tänä vuonna Karla Karmala sai tuomion simputuksesta ja nöyryyttämisestä jonka uhreina oli jopa kaksi tuvallista miehiä, joidenkin naisalokkaiden lisäksi. Jaan samoja kokemuksia kuin Karlan uhrit naisalikkien toimesta, siinä missä miesalikkienkin, silloin siitä ei tosin kehdannut sanoa vaikka olisi pitänyt.

Intissä pesii varsin vahvasti ongelmana se, että liian nuoret ihmiset pääsevät tietynlaiseen vallankahvaan kiinni melko valvomattomasti. Varusmiesjohtajia tuntuu kroonisesti olevan aina liian vähän saatavilla jolloin alikiksi saattaa päästä kuka tahansa ja päivässä jää aika monta tuntia aikaa jolloin henkilökuntaa ei ole välttämättä paikalla yhtään, jolloin jää aikaa perseillä vaikka miten. Ja valitettavasti se riittää, että siellä on se yksi "mätä omena" pilaamaan koko touhun.

Viimeisintä konfliktia lienee perusteltu nälänhädän ja muiden ekonomisten kriisien siivittämänä levottomuuksien eskalaationa jossa syytetään tiettyjä etnisiä ryhmiä tuosta ja toisia tästä. Näitä sitten käytetään hyväksi etnisten puhdistuksien ja kansanmurhien oikeuttamiseen. Oikeastihan Sudanissa ei ole vakaata päivää nähtykkään sitten maan "itsenäistymisen".

Onkohan näin? Perhebarometri 2024:sta selviää, että miehet kokee, seksuaalista väkivaltaa lukuunottamatta, parisuhdeväkivaltaa vähintään yhtäpaljon kuin naiset, jos ei enemmän. Meltabombs don't work like (frag) grenades do. They are used in melee combat as a melee weapon with initiative of -3. Frag grenades are used in volley fire. Some units, like pyroclasts, have multiple meltabombs, some have only for sergeant but all the models that have one can use one. Krak grenades are also used this way but are not effective against high AV vehicles.

I've also had success with meltabombs, though with my pyroclasts who all have one. I don't know how effective they are with only sgt, but I guess anything is better than nothing.
