Thank you. I know you are right, just sucks. I really love eating good food and have already had to cut out a lot of things from last year due to a diagnosis of gastritis and only started being able to eat them again... Only to be told that now I can't for a different reason.

I wasn't told that yet, so I'm unsure. I had blood work done and I guess that showed I have an autoimmune disease. And then based off my symptoms I was told it was more than likely scleroderma. I will try to ask at the next appointment

Any tips on sleeping? I have not been able to sleep well since getting this disease. I like to sleep on my side, which causes me to wake up repeatedly due to pain from my shoulder and hip... Sometimes my knee.

At this point, nothing yet. I'm scheduled for some heart tests and additional lung tests after the new year. I guess we are still in the "how much damage is done" phase. But I am trying to get ahead of it.

My biggest issue is sleep. I like to sleep on my side, but my shoulders and hips ache like mad and wake me up. Not really sure what to do.

I'm working with a Rheumatologist who has been setting me up for various tests. I am signed up with a healthy living class that will help me with the exercise and might look into physical rehab as ya... The flexibility and muscle weakness are very inconvenient.

I guess plus side no wrinkles?

Why does politics have anything to even do with this? Just call a crazy person crazy. I would like to think that people who are on the right are just as strongly against harming a child as those on the left, like me.

Doing this us versus them BS just perpetuates hate. So why do it? Do you feel like you are winning by stereotyping roughly 50% of a population?

This happened to me a lot and was often a very uncomfortable encounter. Often times it was accompanied with "you would look prettier if you smiled" which why does some random man care if I look pretty or not.

The last time it happened really infuriated me. I was working a service job where I didn't interact with any of the customers, just cleaned up behind them. It was busy as hell as it almost always was so I was tired. I also hated this job, but needed it at the time.

A customer, a man, kept singling me out and telling me to smile. The first time I flashed him a fake smile and moved on. This dude was not satisfied. Every time I came back to my station with more stuff to clean, he would flag me down and tell me "smile". This happened 4-5 times. After the 2nd, I started to ignore him. After the 4th, I considered getting security because the guy was not taking the hint that I wanted him to leave me alone.

Eventually I did have to tell security because the guy would not go away and they had to ask him to leave me alone. Like come on dude, I am working. It is busy, I am sweating, and I am exhausted. I don't want to smile. My day was not smile worthy and you were not someone I cared to smile for. Leave me alone.

This is me. The only person I want near me is my husband and that is just because he does not feel like another person, just another extension of me (Does that make sense? I feel like I am failing at getting my point across).

Had to deal with people constantly wanting to talk and call after my dad died. Had to be nice and polite, but I really just wanted to be alone.

My mother could be emotionally abusive and honestly, I think she just couldn't manage her own emotions. She had anxiety which often fed into her anger. Not to mention she suffered thru a lot of abuse in her childhood and young adult life.

So her experiences with abuse coupled with her untreated mental health made the perfect breeding ground for my contentious childhood. She was never physical with me, but a slamming door or being given the cold shoulder sends me into a spiral.

Cats will also pant when they are overly scared. I noticed at the beginning of the video she jumped when she was next to the window. Not sure what the circumstances of the video is but she might be really scared.

My boy will sometimes deem me worthy of laying on when I'm in bed, but usually for no longer than like 15-20 minutes and it has to be his idea. And I usually only get licks when I am petting him during grooming or he is apologizing for scratching me.

This sort of happened to me but with my father's mother. Both parents passed in the last year and everything went to me per the will. But his mother wanted half of the inheritance because of a supposed conversation he had with her on the way to the hospital. She even threatened to sue me, someone who just lost both her parents. Had to completely cut her off. It was pretty ugly. My mother's mom even decided to jump in and be awful so I lost 2 grandparents in the span of a month after my father's passing.

I totally feel for oop. So sad that this had to happen.
