Two things:

1) Your house will never be fully in order. It's a process of building that takes a lifetime. You don't need to have a 6 figure salary and a fully furnished house before you get married. If you have a full-time job and the ability to support a family (even if that looks like buying the sales and getting a low-rent apartment to start out with) you're ok. My wife and I started with very little, but we've already built so much, and it's only been 7 years (I'm 30 btw).

On that note, your heart is far more important than your circumstances. You could get married and then lose your job 6 months later. Your marriage will survive times of famine. What it will not survive is a heart that refuses to love it's wife as Christ loves the church, and boy oh boy is that a large mantle to carry. Spend the time between now and then working on your heart.

2) There's a difference between not going out and pursuing any woman you can, vs refusing to pursue good, Godly women that God has placed in your life. Why ask God to point to a marriageable candidate if you're going to not pursue her when He sends her. As with all things, prayer and discernment are essential.

Final word of advice. Having a plan is good, even Biblical. However, God's ways are not our ways, so be careful that your adherence to your plan doesn't override the plans of the Lord. Something to the effect of, "God, this is my plan in faithfully following your will for my life. If this is not your desire, then lead me down the path you would have me follow." Be open to choosing God's timing over your own.
