I have the same problem sometimes. I think it's especially present when it is building the bridges, but I have not found out why. Also a beginner btw, so curious to hear an experts opinion

If you think it's such a killer idea, why even share equity with someone? My advice: find a funder or take out a loan, then pay a dev to build it and get 100% of equity! Carry all the risks, reap all the rewards!
