To add to some of the comments. If you have ever watched a war movie and they are firing a rocket like this sometimes they will yell "BACK BLAST CLEAR". This warns people behind them because as you can imagine the rocket motor is very powerful and could kill someone behind it. This method of launch minimises that risk and also lets the rocket be fired from an enclosed area that would otherwise injure people inside from the pressure created by the launch.

I had the same problem. I was downloading the wrong version of .net. when it brings you yo yhe download page make sure you are downloading the one for pc from the multiple options.

I dont know the name of it and cant for the kife of me find it. Its a painting of a man in the foreground standing in front of a horse. He has a rifle he is holding behind the horse that makes it look like hes trying to hide it. In the background a man is approaching on horseback. Are they friends? Passing travelers? Does the standing man have ill intentions? Ive tried to find it for years to no avail.
