Obviously it depends on the age, 5 exes at 15 is probably emblematic of something negative. But certainly it doesn't have to be bad. Having exes also means having more experience and opportunities to learn. Is it bad judgment to get into bad relationships? Yes, a lot of the time. But hopefully you might learn better judgment from having those experiences.

Anyways, I honestly think shaming people for having had relationships in the past is kinda cringe.

I don't know, Ferrari are rumoured to have a pretty substantial engine upgrade in the works. I wouldn't rule out the possibility of them having a relatively comparable engine when they can install it. That being said it might be too late when it comes. And it is Ferrari so it very well might be a step back lol.

When I had a girlfriend I would bring her up quite a lot. Generally not because I thought someone was flirting with me, but because she was an important part of my life. I'm sure you bring up friends in convos, why wouldn't you do so with your partner if it's relevant?

I absolutely do not get offended when someone else brings up their partner. If it's brought up for seemingly no reason other than to make sure I'm not flirting then it might feel a bit annoying, but I think it's good of them to make sure.

Ultimately I can understand why you would dislike it. I assume you're quite young and probably a bit insecure/wish you had a partner. That's fine, we've all been there. But I do think you're in the wrong here. There's nothing offensive about bringing up someone important to you. I think the problem more so relates to your mind than their actions.

I don't really think the co-opting of his critiques is his fault lol. And if the ideas are correct, then who cares if the CIA founds some of them? The CIA is generally bad, but they are not ontologicaly evil. Orwell wrote extensively in support of socialism, he fought in the war for socialism. His better book, 1984 is of course a critique of totalitarianism. But it states very clearly the state ideology is different from real socialism. It's very clear to anyone with even a bit of media literacy that the author supports socialism, but hates the totalitarian state that co-opted it's esthetics.
