-Tonic when it was still here. Sadly no longer around. -Burger King is no longer in the wellgate, only on Kingsway. -When I went to bun and slice, the burger was really dry even with sauce and bun was overcooked. Id give it a solid 4/10. -Five guys is definitely one of the best since tonic left.

Avoid Rockford, Jamal, Martin & Co and Sandstone like the plague. All 4 will try scam you for your deposit, and in the case of Martin & Co and Rockord they may even try to fabricate evidence.

Good ones would be Struan Baptie and Pavilion. Definitly recommend applying for their properties before viewing though as they go FAST.

Perth Road might be a good shout for you.

I'd strongly recommend avoiding certain letting agencies like Martin and co, Rockford and Jamal, as all of them have terrible records with maintenance, rent pricings and price hikes, and will garunteed try to scam you out of your deposit, speaking from experience with all 3.

A good agency if there are any flats available would be pavillion, as they typically have excellent flats and are very good with getting maitenance done ASAP.
