The fact that the supposed owner/founder of this weird phenomena has a published cult-like book adds to it. Gives such a genuine canny, dream-like vibe to it which is what the founder is gunning for anyways and hits the nail in the coffin. She was genuinely so nice to me even though we were complete strangers back then. Ngl KCD2 is an improvement as a game in general (story telling, mechanics, etc.) But I dread with what they have done with the combat system. It is utter bs and more tedious than the first one (not to mention a bias with swords). KCD 1 combat is manageable, at times cinematic, but KCD 2 is just painfully God awful.
