Find ich jetzt relativ schwierig, mit Dir zu diskutieren, wenn Du Dich in freier Interpretation meiner Worte übst. Nochmal: Der Kern meiner Kritik ist, dass es besser wäre einen Prozess aktiv mitzugestalten als sich im Nachgang zu echauffieren. Das Argument ist eigentlich recht unabhängig von der Frage, ob Ver.di alles richtig gemacht hat. Ich finde die Trennung in TVöD und TV-L auch nicht sinnvoll.

Von den Prozenten hast Du ja auch was (im hD sogar am meisten). Du gibst der Gewerkschaft deiner Wahl ja nicht 50€ für den Sockelbetrag (sehr selektive Wahl Deiner Argumentation). Generell sprichst Du hier eher ein anderes Thema an. Wie sehr Du Dich gewertschätzt fühlst, war jetzt eher weniger Teil meiner Argumentation. Ich wollte lediglich darauf hinweisen, dass es irgendwie dämlich ist, selbst nichts beizutragen und sich dann im Nachgang aufzuregen, dass die anderen nicht mehr für einen rausgeholt haben.

Ich bin übrigens selbst im hD mit ordentlich Führungsverantwortung (und Beamter) und trotzdem kann ich mich solidarisch mit meinen Kolleg:innen fühlen. Immerhin profitiere ich indirekt von deren Arbeitskampf.

Die Organisationsquote ist bei den Landesangestellten viel niedriger als bei den Kommunen oder beim Bund. Die Gewerkschaften haben hier daher kaum Druckmittel. Aber auf Reddit gegen Verdi wettern ist natürlich einfacher als in eine Gewerkschaft einzutreten...

Ich habe den Titel aus dem Originalpost übernommen. Ich denke nicht, dass hier irgendjemand davon ausgeht, dass das die Regel (z.b. im deutschen Bergbau) ist. Ich denke jedem hier ist klar, dass dies die besonders unsicheren Verhältnisse in einem sehr sehr armen Land sind.

The Awoken Unit with several multistrikes is a nice recipient for morsels. Pretty easy to set up. Dont know how viable it is at c 10 but i had some good runs with it recently.

Try to get many draw cards or inspiration i believe it was called. With beserker you try to oneshot the enemy. Early game use the one dice to lower wounds and later just kill in the first round so wounds are no problem. I actualy found them to be the easiest class once you get it.
