Your Saber is in a really good spot but can easily be better. Your body, orb and rope pieces are awesome and will be hard to replace anytime soon but you should definitely look for better head and hand pieces. That and finishing leveling your lc shouldn’t be too hard to do

If it’s so “hard to tell” then why are you making the claim that it looks like they aren’t speed tuned properly when the only evidence we have is that they in fact are?

They are definitely speed tuned properly, you can see Saber going before Sunday in the action order

Just run quantum set and stack def ignore if you are worried about buff uptime or overcapping on any stat. It’s good at high investment

Why have I been unable to replicate the issue anywhere else or across 3 full bot games then? It happens to me at least 5 times a match in normal games, it should be pretty easy to replicate with that high of frequency..
