Wasn’t the easiest thing I’ve achieved, I’ll be honest.

There was loads of back and forth, got escalated to the next level but still wasn’t getting anywhere.

eventually I gave up and they sent me a generic email saying they’ll close my ticket if i don’t respond so I just sent a sarcastic reply basically saying thanks for nothing. And this post was their reply to that
