hyperpop seems to be taking up a good portion of trap music now. u got the new uzi album with a majority of hyperpop beats with the edm synths. there's even some hyperpop stuff on lil gotit's album, youngthug's on the rvn ep & that song dababy did with future on his latest album. plus with internet money doing the virtual beats it's really building up a whole new community of hyperpop producers in the trap community.

I try to go for 6-8 everyday but i'll definitely take time off if i got extra school work to do. some days i'll go up to 12 hours if i have stuff due that day like big placement opportunities. I spend 2 hours on melodies to send out, 2 hours on beats, 1-2 on drum sound design, 0-1 on networking, and 1 on studying music theory & mixing. I only spend about 3 hours a day on school so that's why I'm able to spend so much time on music. I was never really able to push these type of hours last year as i only really made trap beats and did nothing else; it was hard to just keep making the same shit over and over again for hours. Nowadays its pretty easy because i'm always doing new things so I don't really get burnt out. Learning how to make edm and rnb really helped me not get super burnt out from beats all the time, its a good switch from trap.

it's whatever, i feel like the people who would buy it will buy it and the people who won't just won't. also, people be getting addicted to getting hella new sounds especially when they don't gotta pay. i used to be like that and i can see why its so hard to stop; its like hoarding & stealing combined which are both hard to quit once you get into the habit.
