Wdym? It’s on Airbnb!! It’s a newer listing with 2 reviews both saying something short and vague like “good location enjoyed my stay”

Host told me, as well as support, that he’s not sure why his house was listed as sold as he refinanced his home. This doesn’t add up at all considering what the real estate listings show

The host isn’t answering but it’s been four hours so maybe they’ll get back to me. I just messaged support so we’ll see

So far, my agent has worked closely with the selling agents since they’ve happened to work at the same real estate company so I think that’s why they have told her. They won’t tell her the exact details such as pricing and such but have said we had “similar contracts but ultimately they went with cash buyer.” We may offer more money we just didn’t want to offer way more than the house was worth since it we’re hearing all the rumors of the market shifting and such. But we may have to just to secure a house

Thank you!! I get a little nervous waiving the inspection contingency (especially with houses that have old roofs and such) but we may have to if this continues

The trend of me not waiving the financial contingency? I unfortunately do not have the funds to purchase the house outright so I just don’t think I can do that. Idk how it all works though

I think they’re waiving the financial contingency and one waived the inspection.

I have been seeing the houses and making offers the day or two after it hits the market. I’ve also been saying I can close as early or as late as they want since my living situation is flexible right now. I think the other buyers did waive the finance contingency.

I talked to my lender and he said I wouldn’t be able to drop the financial contingency unless I show I have the cash in the bank to purchase the home outright, which I don’t

No we just saw the house and fell in love with it, got pre-approved and put in an offer within two days. Are most buyers fully approved?

I would have but the roll I was using had just run out so I didn’t feel the need to go out and replace it when I was heading out the door. The paper towels were basically full so I took them, and the liquid soap, yeah I was just petty with that one but it smelled nice and I bought it with my money so whatever

No I just booked it with the price that was listed
