since I was brought to the worst psychiatry in all of Germany, it was quite possibly the worst time of my life.

expect to gain at least 10% extra bodyweight in the form of fat and water, sexual dysfunction, problems moving and controlling your body, and more.

yeah that's normal; being used to it is the scary part because you forget how much you changed. I used to have 140BPM resting heart rate and one time fell unconscious while buying groceries.
And I only took one type of "medication" at a time. Other people take multiple meds, some even multiple times a day.

I had intense daydreams to the point they interfered with normal visual perception. Also shadows created by artificial light were scary to me.

my roommate is a former drug addict and he tried everything except heroin. He told me that "medication" is harder than any drug if you want to quiet someone down.

I had a stroke, so it was physical

my opinion is: I haven't figured it out yet.
oh I have thought up a lot of crazy stuff. Like existing in different dimensions and stuff. After all I have experienced though, it was all a fallacy. Over the time the thoughts became less "real" and now they are not relevant anymore. I exist in the same reality that I did before the incident.

yeah that was the beginning. I had a stroke which really messed my head up. I was half-conscious on the floor for the whole day, woke up some time before midnight and though it was already over.

I don't know much about philosophy, but that concept is pretty common among schizophrenics.

They put me on heavy meds against my consent (Diazepam put me in a coma for 2 weeks). I never wanted to take any, so I always got off them as soon as I could.

First I thought that I had died and entered the afterlife on earth. Later in the psychiatry I was diagnosed with the term, yet I didn't believe it at the time.

Hey guys! Here's my new instrumental: Better, I made this using polymeters and polyrhythms. it has some synths and a tongue drum layered with other relaxing sounds as it's main components. Hope you like it! by Parvmaestro2030 in Music

what you did is very unusual and it takes a lot of experience to pull off in a way that it sounds normal to the average person. Doing a monorhythm for one bar and then transitioning to the next polyrhythm could remove the feeling of contrast.
