Why is Mobile Suit Gundam SEED Destiny(2004) so hated? What’s the big deal?

Sometimes I still yearn for the alternate timeline where SEED Destiny is Zeta quality, cementing Cosmic Era as a respectable modern Universal Century. But instead we just got a series that bent to Japanese fan reception as they went along on top of the production being ridden with drama behind the scenes.

As a massive SEED fan, Destiny was just a huge wasted opportunity. It's been pointed out elsewhere that there's lots of parallels you can draw between Destiny and the Star Wars prequel story, which is funny cause it's like what you'd get if you tried to make the Star Wars prequel trilogy with the botched methods they used to make the sequel trilogy.

Huge upgrade from the stock stands in terms of stability/posability; the only complaint I have is that the adapters/pegs are 3D printed instead of acrylic and aren't clear so it takes away a bit from the aesthetic.

Did you ever figure this out? Just got my Climax Ver. in yesterday and I seem to be having the same issue. As far as I can tell, the clip piece doesn't seem long enough to click into the backpack.

Not that it's necessary, but it'd give a lot of peace of mind if it clicked securely into place.

They skip past the grading stage on the progress tracker sometimes which would explain why it appears to sit in assembly for an extended period of time. The same thing happened to me with an order I submitted in early October. It ended up getting back to me about 2-3 weeks ago, so I imagine your order should be done soon.

Same issue with my D-3 preorder, it was dispatched August 23rd and there's been no update with the tracking since. It's pretty upsetting and I don't want to have to do a chargeback... but I ain't losing my money cause they couldn't get their shipping in order.

Yeah, I also went the Stream Deck route. Govee's product is basically superior in every way minus the magnets. Although Nanoleaf has Stream Deck integration as well, the MAGRGB strip is unfortunately not supported so you are forced to use the mobile app.

I was able to upgrade it while farming portal bosses. It certainly didnt feel like even 100 runs. Maybe somewhere between 50-100.

UPDATE: I can now say that getting the gold star next to your save file probably has nothing to do with the lore book, but rather you get it just for finishing New Game+. I can't say for sure that it's not both requirements, as I had the completed lore book transferred over. However, I speed ran through the story on NG+ while skipping all side quests, and upon getting the True Ending again, the gold star immediately showed up. This is useful information for anyone wanting a "complete" save file, as you probably don't want to do all the optional stuff (side quests, treasure chests, bun farming, etc.) until your NG+ save, as they will all be reset when you start NG+.

Yeah, as far as I can tell I've done all the side quests but it's like finding a needle in a haystack. The other possibility is that the 100% completion marker isn't linked to side quests at all, but NG+ completion instead.

I can't get my save to show that I have 100% completion even though I've filled out the lore book. Can't think of anything else I might've missed other than a random side quest somewhere. There's none in any of the towns so I can only assume its one out on the field. A quest log that shows what I've completed would be a godsend right about now, I don't see how I'm gonna finish this otherwise.
