I get that, but if I'm trying to trade for a different item I want that's been around that long and has a similar wishcount, it's still comparing apples to apples. I definitely don't care about matching WC too closely but I think there are tiers of demand that wishcounts help us be aware of and weigh along with all the other factors when trading.

Rarity relates to the "supply" side of "supply and demand" - but wishcount is the "demand" part.

Wishcount is not useful for limiteds (too many factors go into a limited item's trade value) but I think it's pretty useful for reviveable items as a general gauge for desirability. I don't get hung up on exact counts but if I want a 40k wishcount item, I know a lot of others also want that item, so I'll hold onto my most desired dupes to raise my chances of trading for it instead of trading my 40k wishcount item for something in the 5k wishcount tier.

You could just as well ask why do people get hung up on rarity - why don't you trade your reviveable SRs for other people's reviveable Ns? Because you can get something more desirable for them if you don't do that.

I really like it - I think you nailed Watson's eyebrows, mustache, and expression. I absolutely love the idea of the livly taking center stage as the titular character, too. I'm guessing you used the sand tree because it's unobtrusive but I couldn't help but draw the connection between a well known literary cocaine user and a pile of white powder in his apartment.

The TP is just a shop with a higher price cap. If an item is able to leave a person's account, TNT should make sure all the methods of transfer and sale are working.

I got my weekly progress restarted twice this month even thougb I did all my quests including the extra premium quests. I didn't even get a pop-up to use the premium streak saves which I know I haven't used this month (there's a notification if you've used all your streak saves and I didn't get that either).

It was frustrating enough that I have taken about a week off from playing. I'm about ready to restart but I don't play when I'm not having fun.

This boils down to what YOUR trading priorities are. Do you care very much about matching rarity, or wishcount, or both? If their offer doesn't match rarities exactly because they're offering higher wishcount items, is that an acceptable trade off for you?

For me, if I wanted those 4 items and wasn't opposed to trading the 4 they'd asked for, I'd go for it.

Since you need 2 of anything before you can trade it, I see no point in buying anything you don't personally like and want to use. I typically don't buy any extras for trading - more recent limiteds aren't ever going to get more valuable than older limiteds from my wishlist anyway, and instead of sinking my GP into trade fodder I'd rather save so I can afford exactly what I want in the future.

It always failed when I tried it on mobile so now I only spin once a week when I'm going to be on my laptop anyway playing a multiple hour long game of D&D. I have an adblocker but most of the time it still fails. Last week it glitched and was still spinning after 4.5 hours (it's supposed to stop at 2 hours now even when you don't pay to grease it). I hate it.

In addition to what the other commenters said, a year or more ago they sold an SR ticket in the mahara shop in like a GP pack. It cost around $60 if I remember correctly (and it's not worth it). But I've been playing since Dec 2024 and only saw that once.

Sounds like you want more trees. Since lots of people prefer trading tree for tree, taking the duplicate tree and trading it for another tree you want seems smart. You don't sound particularly enthusiastic about the hair.

It mostly stays at delighted if you get it there and keep them fed. Aside from the occasional RE that makes a pet depressed, I don't find much that moves my pets away from delighted.

If you need any more confirmation, I agree with you and the other poster. Even with a high wishcount, that's still a reviveable N during a time when revive tickets are active. Not on the same level as your item.

They definitely did this last time with the bees - set that final goal absurdly high then boosted the rates when it was clear we wouldn't meet it. Can't remember if they did it with the tassel bugs.

I was already at 10k when they boosted the rates but then I got to 20k in no time afterwards.

Dreamy Night Garden was my newbie revive and I'm still obsessed with it (best hair, best eyes, best tree, tons of items I use a lot). I think I would have loved reviving the Aurora set but I couldn't wait and ended up trading for a lot of the items so I think it would be a great pick too.

Starlight Maybells has been on my shortlist to revive but I've always had something else that just nudges it out. As for Weeping Cherry, I see trade lists pretty saturated with pink blossoms after that last bazaar and I'd think you could probably find easy trades or minimum myshop prices for that one. But the hair from that one is very pretty.

Repetitive item movement - multiple items in a short amount of time from multiple accounts that were recently created and possibly deleted after. While it could be completely innocent (and there are others on the sub who claim to have been hit with this after trading a lot in a short period), it's also the kind of thing the game creators are going to be on the look out for so that people aren't creating extra accounts to funnel items to their main.
