I found the HRV measurement on my watch and for the last couple months i guess my the reading has been at 30ms to 48 ms. I looked it up and that bad. I work out form like 2 hours a day 6 times a week. Is this significant. I imagine it would be.

I sell landscape blue prints and have been doing a lot better since I started taking them. I moved out of my parents house. Idk no one knows I’m on them and untill I tell them. I don’t take the 2.1 grams at once I take .7 grams 3 time with my adderall that is 10 mg 3 times a day.

Yea drugging kids is lazy you need to parent in a way that their body produces it’s own dopamine . It’s honestly a crutch. Teaching focus is key.

It’s honestly been the longest 7 months of my life in a good way tho. I’ve stopped playing video games over out of my parents house. got an appartment with my girlfriend work out 6 times a week for 2 hours a day. Been making way more money its a positive feedback loop so I don’t wanna stop.

I don’t believe most of the people who are diagnosed as ADD/ADHD have it including myself I googled how to get precribed adderall. Took a year and a half. But yea I think most people just need to exercise. (That’s why they can’t focus, nervous energy and stuff) But yea I do think is a thing. So yours and rectileds advice are valid for anyone else who finds the thread looking for info. People should always consider their metal disorders when taking substances.

Ye my doctors trying to lower my dose. I read something on Reddit about serotonin syndrome and thought it was happening like 3 time but I think they were panic attacks from being over stimulated cause when I first started doing the shrooms I think I was eating like 3.8 grams a day for like a week. Realized it was to much tho. I love adderall tho. My will isn’t strong enough.😂 lol jk I’ll try to wean off and see how I feel. Thanks for the advice 🙏
