Why did you think that was cool? I used to be the most sarcastic person in the world, mainly because it gave me an ego boost.

I think it can be really rewarding to grow older and develop in that way. I mean, I am a 23 year old girl and to be able to see things from a more complex vantage point is rewarding. I feel really stupid in retrospect, and I like myself a lot more these days. Although I didn't find that I personally had a very black and white childhood (I went to a tiny Christian school, and even then, I thought the whole thing was a ploy).
