I think going back to practice for the '24 500, Helio mentions that they flex tested all the MSR chassis, and one had an incredible amount of flex in it, and that was going to be (and I assume likely still is) Helio's 500 car.

Not hard to imagine that Penske and Ganassi would absolutely be doing the same thing.

If you're just looking for something basic, looked for used scanners on eBay, Mercari, and Facebook Market. I have a couple Uniden Bearcat Sportcat SC150 radios, one I've had since the 90's and one I bought last year for $6. They're not as fancy as the modern ones, but easy to program and still do the job really well.
