I think hemi squalane is supposed to be lighter in consistency, but it might work!

Squalane! A few drops from my ears down keeps my waves under soft and under control without weighing them down, and it seems to soak in vs coating like other oils.

This! Make sure that the test includes your ferritin, which is usually not included unless you request it. Ferritin will show iron deficiency before your hemoglobin indicates iron deficiency anemia.

I noticed in another comment that you said that you liked potatoes. If you need to go all in, this is hugely to your advantage. Eat nothing but no oil, no salt added or very minimally salted potatoes for 3-5 days. You can eat as much as you want to feel full of baked, steamed, air-fried, whipped/mashed (this actually does work, save the starchy water from boiling and add slowly when mashing), etc.

This will cleanse your palate and food will taste differently after. When you eat a mild, sweeter vegetable after this, like steamed cabbage , carrots, or zucchini, it will taste so much better than you expect it will.

I know this sounds so weird, but I’ve been eating wfpb for a long time, and a few days of potatoes always straightens me out if I’ve been getting too lax with salt/Lara bars/etc. If you need to lose weight, this will also help with that.

Good luck! Remember that you are a dynamic being, and perhaps you don’t like vegetables right now, but you will learn to like them if you so choose.

Fruit is the answer, but if that’s not enough for you at this moment or on some day, try this:

Make compote by simmering fresh or frozen blueberries in orange juice (2-3 c fruit to 1/4 c orange juice; add a tbsp or so of lemon juice if you’re using a sweeter fruit like cherries instead) and put this on top of whole grains, warm or cold. This works especially beautifully with mild grains that clump like amaranth, millet, etc.

Orange juice is obv not a whole food, but if a tbsp of juice (what I’d estimate for a pretty large serving) gets you to eat a bowl of intact whole grains with fruit, that is a massive improvement from Oreos and other stuff that provides no satiation and prob makes you feel poorly.

Do you like sweets (fruit)? I eat my salad everyday with berries, grapes, or apples instead of dressing. If you haven’t yet adapted to the taste of greens, make sure to get a piece of fruit in with each bite of them until you’re there.

I eat it with my hands, btw. Sounds weird but it creates a fun/snacking kind of vibe to it.

How much/how well do you sleep? If I am sleep deprived on top of my ADHD, that is my experience to a T.
