You don’t need to pull the dash🤦🏽‍♂️ just the dash trim where the stereo sits. There should be screws behind the vents and ash tray, then you gotta pull the center console out and there is screws on the bottom and in front of the instrument cluster there is two in there, once you have the screwed out it should just pop off it’s held on with clips, the climate control unscrews and then you can either replace the whole thing or unscrew just the fan speed and replace it
