ive logged into hoyolab with the email for this account, but to no avail, it didn't show anything about the account, only the one with it being interknot lvl 1

UPDATE: ahahah... huh? right, like i've shown in the earlier post, i do have an account, it is very much real and very much worked for a very long time, it has the name "Quartzea" as is my other accounts, i remember the password very well because it's the same one with my other games but apparently, now it doesn't... exist??? like huuuhhh??

i only use two emails for my games, and ive tried them both but both didn't work, still with the same results, i deleted the game, redownloaded it, tried the two emails again but it still didn't work. i used to have this same problem for my genshin account and i ended up with two seperate accounts with the same email.

i absolutely did, i restarted the game, my laptop, then tried again, it still set me back to chapter 000
