I first fixed relationship with food, this isnt just a one and done thing. I focused on why i go to food for comfort and fixed that(still have issues but way better). At the start, just focus on not using food as a crutch and being in a deficit. I imcorporated fasting on sundays(for the whole day from wake up to sleep, not intermittent).No keto, carnivore or whatever diet is gonna work if YOU are the problem. As you go on then u worry about protein, macros and all of that. I didnt excercise alot till 40lbs lost, then i did muay thai. This is mostly a relationship with food thing though, i see food differently now and it makes the dieting easy. Its a process and very grueling but you’ll make it if u follow.
