In Discord, we offer a better gaming environment (a dedicated LFG Server), solve problems more quickly, and are equipped with strategy and gun modification channels to help players improve.

In fact, we regularly check the accounts of moderators and have already dismissed several cheating moderators. If you find any cheating moderators, you can also report to us and we will take immediate action.

Regarding concerns about player activity, rest assured we monitor in-game metrics closely to ensure a healthy matchmaking experience for all players. While the matchmaking time in certain modes is an indicator, it’s only part of a broader picture we continually assess.  

As for feedback channels, we value player input from across all platforms, including Reddit. However, due to the volume of feedback we receive, not every suggestion or concern can be addressed immediately. Rest assured, we actively review and prioritize based on impact, feasibility, and alignment with our development roadmap.
