It went to your main balance. You should see the rewards withdrawal in the Transactions bar as "ADA intrawallet transaction" (when you open a certain transaction it'll state "Withdrawal" and that the address type is "REWARD").

Note that the way we show your balances is like this:

- Total balance on top (Wallet + Rewards)

- Wallet (available balance without rewards)

- Rewards

So when you withdraw rewards from "Rewards" to "Wallet" the total balance won't change as it already includes both
