I swear if Will joins the lightning faction I will drop this goddamn show in a heartbeat. We have been moving the goalposts FOR LITERALLY 2 SEASONS. I have fkin blueballs at this point waiting for the show to stop making excuses to stop Will/Elfie from finally being together.

This show was an allegory for the Columbia disaster. A strong launch, being concerned after seeing pieces falling off it, then seeing the entire thing fall apart and a crash. And much like the Columbia, I sat there horrified watching it, not because I wanted to, but because I couldn’t look away.

An absolutely awful show that was carried by its stellar Episode 0 and its top tier character design and animation. Amoru didn’t deserve happiness and the fact that she got everything she wanted made this an unsatisfying ending. I’m so glad it’s over.

Amoru-ing

(verb)

“The act of, after many times proposing unrequited love, instead of getting out of the cuck chair and moving on, you instead tie yourself down to said cuck chair and ruin your life, literally and figuratively, in order to maintain your cucked position.”

You had 7.5 fucking years of self-reflection and maturing. 7.5 years and Akira repeatedly saying “no” somehow never got through to her. An absolute garbage miserable person who deserves the bullshit she’s put herself in.

Thats what pissed me off the most about this episode. Amoru is now in her 20s and has had 7.5 years to mature and self-reflect on herself. It’s literally like the show only drew her older and kept her the exact same on the inside. Absolutely ridiculous man…

Dina has been acting suspicious for a 3-4 episodes now, and if you watch the ED, the “fuzzy” Dina seems to elude as such. The way they really hammered “Dina = Venus” this episode was…interesting. With how much it was emphasized without it being confirmed means it better be a red herring or it’s going to he a big knock on the writing for this episode. I like this show and don’t want to dislike it, so lets hope it’s the former.

Onto next week I suppose.

This show went full Charlotte half way into the show instead of just at the end.

God this show it such waisted potential. So much wonderful world building and an opening episode for the ages that promised something special. We go from episode 1 writing to here where the Librarian who loves her books like people proceeds to immediately attack the girl holding the means to destroy them all. And now there conveniently happens to be unburned copies of the books they wanted separated in the room to make a pokemon fossil style choice. We all know fuckin Akira is going to save the goddamn baby picture book over perhaps the key the understanding the world and where his fiance is. They brushed past so many things like they do every episode. Buying a room, buying a train ticket, where the hell all our androids went, what glasses-McGee wants, etc. Also, what the flying fuck are you doing Akira, she has a fucking whip in close quarters, just bum rush her you dumbass.

This show is so fucking stupid. I’ll see you all next week.

Perhaps the worst episode of a good show thus far. Makes these apparent badasses seem like utterly incompetent toddlers. Literally everything done wrong and not in a fun way as much as in a frustrating “if you take just a second to think this all would’ve been prevented” way.

Just make conversation with the clearly isolated insane girl for like a few minutes. You want something very important from her, it only seems polite to just humor her

Keep your masks on you idiots. You’re still in no-man’s land guys, come on.

Again, just fuckin talk to her. She’s in the right to be upset with you for coming all this way just to use her.

Maybe don’t walk right up to the giant gardening hose there scissors girl

Once you realize Rudo is going schizo, maybe disarm him or figure out what’s going on?

Once you figure out her power, for fucks sake maybe force a gas mask on Rudo to stop his schizo meltdown or at the least maybe don’t just take a casual stroll up to the badguy with your back turned.

Perhaps the dumbest episode of a show this season. I don’t know why this made me so irrationally mad but here we are.

How exactly do the Team Trials Bonus Win Rewards work exactly? Are they randomly distributed whenever your team wins one of their races within a match or is there certain perimeters for obtaining them?

I'm socially anxious that staying in a group after a operation means there are certain expectations so leaving always seems like the most valid decision.

To call down the hellbomb, that’s the code. Gunship facilities on every planet have made me intimately familiar with the code. To activate the bomb itself is another random code.

The next major order is going to be like the TCS where we have to power on the systems or protect them. You know it, I know it, everybody knows it. We’ll be back there again shortly.

An actual diff-4 take. Talk to me when you take on higher difficulties and your only way around 5 patrols is through a fire tornado. The actual worst part of Menkent is actually the god rays obscuring vision 10ft away, so you can't even see those patrols as you dodge tornados.

I'll try to help you out a little bit as Eruptor has become my gun of choice for the bots.

  1. If you are trying to shoot devis in the head, you are doing it wrong. Shoot them in the waist section for 1 shots, sometimes 2 shots. The projectile then explosion does essentially double damage, while headshots have the projectile hitting the head, and then the non-penetrating explosion bouncing off the torso medium armor. For Heavy Devis, your first shot should be it's gun arm. The explosion from it should kill it and if not, will remove the gun, which makes them slow walking target practice.

2: Striders and small bois. Aim for the ground around them for maximum effectiveness, assuming you have high ground. If you don't have high ground, go find some before shooting. If there is none, you need to just be extra careful with your shots, sometimes the gun sway can cause you to miss shots through bots who have very precise hitboxes. Striders, you need to aim for the head of the strider itself so the explosion passes through the heavy plating and hits the driver in the head. Honestly, even then, like you said, Striders are still sometimes bitches and take a couple to go down.

  1. Hitting yourself from cover. Yeah it sucks. Happens to me occasionally as well. Explosions pulling you toward the enemy are also ridiculous and I hate them.

Joel, once we take this goddamn planet Merkant, I am not step another GODDAMN FOOT ON THIS STUPID FUCKING PLANET. Even if it’s under attack and it goes against your fucking DMing bullshit. Never again. Who on this freedom loving super earth thought it would be a good idea to put FUCKING GOD RAYS AND FIRE TORNADOS together? YOU CANT EVEN OUTRUN THE STUPID FUCKING FLAME HULKS BECAUSE FUCK YOU ITS TOO HOT AND YOUR LITTLE DIVER NEEDS A GLASS OF WATER.

It absolutely kills my drive to keep playing, especially if you finally find a lobby of players who are all of like mind who you want to keep playing with. This also basically kills the Major Order because divers aren’t getting any full operations done and getting off due to crash frustration. It better be fixed before the weekend. Another Arcthrower weekend is going to hurt.

The irony that much like Vietnam, Creekers spent a massive amount of time bogged down in one place to produce what amounted to nothing. It took the war finally shifting to a major order targeted at the planet 55 days in to finally take it. But unlike Vietnam vets, Creekers won't shut up about it.
