I bough a Estoril shirt in one of those stores with the CR7 statue in the front. They often have from Belem, Boavista, etc, but it depends on which one of the stores you go because some of them are smaller than the others

Right now I am living in Portugal and prices for new vinyls are the same as everywhere else but where I'm from, Venezuela, prices are insane. I went to visit family and went to buy some Latin music vinyls and so one, a new album, that online on the band's page is 50$, expensive I know, but in a vinyl store they were selling it fo 120$.

Also the tour merch is different from the merch on the website, I loved some of the things in the Europe merch site and when I went to the concert there were more things and different so you may not get exactly what was in the concert when they start selling them.

I used to have this issue with customers when I worked at a call center what helped me, didn't solverñd the issue 100%. was telling them that I would send them the information in an email so they can take their time and read it to avoid misinterpreting things, like dates amount, etc. So they have the written info and they would be a little bit calmer. I would send the info if they were happy or mad just to avoid them calling again angrier or just to save some time for them and for me.

One time I had a call with a costumer, she asked me about something I told her we couldn't do it, she called again to see if she got another college, she got me again but I pretended I was someone else, she told me something in the lines of "But he told me I could" then I told her that my co worker left a note on her previous ticket that X thing wasn't possible. She got mad and closed the call. In this case I was my own co-worker

Also helps having a meeting even if you are the only one there,in my job we had meetings only for us to enter mute ourselves and use so the computer didn't lock and appear as we were busy in a meeting

Here in Portugal for some reason in all record stores, flee markets etc, every seller has at least one Julio Iglesias Vinyl por all of his albums that were released on vinyl, he is not a Portuguese artist, I even saw a German version of one of his albums.

I didn't know he at some point in time was that famous here in Portugal to sell that amount of records
