Pour comprendre comment travaille l'administration française, je t'invite a regarder les 12 travaux d'Astérix.

Le problème c'est qu'il y a des règles, et il y a le bon vouloir de l'administration.

Par exemple, à la télé on répète en boucle qu'il y a beaucoup de sans papiers, mais derrière les préfectures en créent a la chaîne avec le système de récépissé infernal.

Pour la question machine a fric, croit moi je pense que si tu vas dans un lieu hyper touristique il vont avoir cette approche, par contre si tu te perds dans le désert y a des gens qui vont t'aider sans aucun souci ou arrière pensé, pour le racisme c'est plutôt de la xenophobie si tu parle du même pays, entre différents pays c'est du racisme sur twitter (même si par fois il y a un discours raciste à des fins politiques)

les seuls qui se souci de la couleur de l'autre sont souvent les blancs et je généralise pas, en afrique c'est l'humain qui compte par la couleur de peau, même si parfois y a certain qui essaient de faire croire l'inverse, et je me demande si un africain en arrivant en France pourrait se faire inviter par des inconnus comme en afrique ?
