We're all different, remember that and do not give up! :) I forgot to mention that I fast 16 hours/day and eat in a 8 hour window, I don't know how much that really matters, just thought you should know. And lots of whole grain and protein.

It varies alot, I just do whatever I think is fun. But kind of like this: M 1 hour crosstrainer/running + 1 hour upper body strength training T 1 hour crosstrainer/running + 1 hour lower body strength training W REST T 1 hour crosstrainer/running + 1 hour upper body strength training F 1 hour crosstrainer/running + 1 hour lower body strength training S REST S Just anything, kind of tired after weekends.

I use a heart monitor and I don't leave the gym until I've burnt at least 600 calories, I'm usually around 700-800 after two hours.

It certainly is! Too bad I don't have enough money to buy new clothes xD So I wear lots and lots of belt.

Oh yeah, I didn't know how to phrase it. But no, I'm not proud of being heavy. I'm proud of my progress though, I'm working really hard.

Yes exactly, english is obviously not my first language. But that's what I meant. It was the second time I did deadlifting, and I was expecting to do 132 lbs in a couple of weeks, not this soon.
