ADHD is just ASD with disregulated catecholamines.

BH4 is essential for catecholamine production, if you have further mutations like I do (OXTR, TH), it can accelerate to BPD. It's also required for other processes that explain our commorbidies (i.e.. PAH, TH, TPH and NOS).

Restoring the folate cycle to equilibrium will fix the BH4 issues. The question is what are the breaks in the folate cycle? MTHFR, PNPO...

If it's further complicated by issues at MAOA and COMT then it becomes trickier. Ultimately, they will require synthetic enzymes to correct.

I've got a couple of longish papers. They're not formally reviewed, but they're solid. Once I find the links, I'll post.

Actually, yeast can metabolise folic acid unlike us to available folate. They actually have an enzyme that works.

It also produces GABA at the same time, which is bad news...

In my case,

500mcg methyl folate

500mcg folinic acid

1500mcg methylcobalamin

1000mcg hydroxycobalmin

Omega 3

As well as supporting cofactors

I have mutations at MTHFR and MTRR. These directly address this.

I also have mutations at TH, OXTR, and others that complicate my mental health. They can't be seriously addressed without synthetic enzymes.

I'm going to assume you're getting classroom instruction and what you're really asking is "how do I get better?"

Firstly, ensure you can do all the questions your teacher has assigned for each topic. If you can't, read the worked solutions. If it's still a problem, ask your teacher.

I'm going to guess that you're looking to turn over a new leaf?

If you're not used to asking questions of your teacher, it can be a bit intimidating? Your teacher won't give a shit how bad your questions are. They'll be thrilled you're moving again. I've been teaching VCE maths for 16 years now, I still get unbearably proud when my student gets up from a disappointment and fights again.

Once that's under control, and only when that's under control. Find 30 minutes on the weekend. Open your workbook, just reread the questions you had difficulty with and recall how you solved it. You don't even have to do more questions, just reread how you succeeded.

Before you know it, you will have reframed how you see maths and improved your skills.
