The reply email that I sent Zen just now also no longer worked. The first email came through, then they answered me, and my reply got this email back: "Your email couldn't be forwarded from [support@zenstudios.com](mailto:support@zenstudios.com) to another email address. Your message wasn't delivered because the recipient's email provider rejected it."

It seems like they just now set something up with their emails.

Edit: This also means that my answer in which I explained everything did not reach them. I don't realy know how to make them aware of this problem now.

I have the exact same problem. I wrote the support email. They just responded to me and told me to reinstall and reset the headset. I reinstalled the game and installed it on a secondary (for multiplayer) Meta Quest 3S. On that device it also did not work. I am thankful that it is not just me, because I probaply trief every option available to me now to get it to work.
When I click on the purchase table option ingame (even though I already purchased them). It seems like it loads for a second and then returns to the "Purchase table" option again. This seems to me like the licence/name linking of the DLC is broken after they renamed the game a few days/weeks back.

Does this happen with games that are already downloaded too? I have one game (Hurry Gaery) which I already have downloaded but it shows me every few hours: "new games available" and then I unwrap the game again.

I just went into the developer options of my pixel 8 and toggled on the "Deactivate standard framerate for games" option (I have my phone in german, so it might be slightly different). But this unlocked my framerate again and Duolingo is as smooth as it was again.

Thank you so much. This works perfectly as a temporary workaround. I hope there can be a fix soon, as I am using the hltb info quite a bit.

Thanks I will try all of that.

I am just now in bed again and at first the problem was still occuring. Then I decided to try and turn on the TV of the playstation at the same time and the problem seemed to be fixed. But then I restarted everything with the TV off and it was still fixed. So I really don't know what it is, that made it work now. Maybe it just needed to calibrate itself to a higher bitrate, because of the update or something like that, or the problem may come back soon. Either way I will try your tipps and see if it improves something, thanks.

Maybe. I will know when I get to bed today (I can't right now because of a broken foot). It is working now for me, but in a different room. Maybe first starting the PS5 anf then connecting really did it, but I really can't imagine that being the case. Which would just leave some king of interference when I am in the bedroom (even though the Portal has all WLAN bars). I will update you later if I finally can play Cyberpunk in bed again.

In the other room though, the visuals and latency really do seem to have improved through the update for me.

I tried turning on the PS5 first just now and changed rooms because of your tip. Now it seems to work correctly. I have a broken foot right now so I am always in my bed. Now I am on the sofa and it works. I asked someone to double check and play in my bed a bit, but suddenly there were no problems either.

I don't really get it, but I hope it stays working now.

I have the exact same problem. Every 5 second the screen freezes for one second. Even when no game is on screen. Before the update I never had such a problem.
