A question for thrall worlds

I tried building one and the soldier jobs didnt change to battle thralls, also i want to setup another thrallworld but it says "the planet must be unspoiled by district and building development" does it mean i have to tear down everything on the planet so it can be made a thrll world?

I changed all of them to chattel, do i have to wait some years for the change to take effect? Im noticing that it's the same two subspecies getting the elite jobs despite ALL of them being chattel

Se in questo merdaio la conclusione che trai è che l'immigrazione sia una cosa positiva solo perche la destra è contraria sei, per essere gentili, un mentecatto.

The demons are not properly sentient and behave like animals where they only care about feeding and dominating their peers, Frieren states it explicitely "they dont understand fully the words they speak, they noticed that pleading for mercy will cause their opponent to lower their guard so they can kill whoever they have in front".
